ability to thrive through every season. Often called periwinkle, it brings strength, color, and continuity to the
environments it grows in, flourishing even when conditions are challenging.

With our roots in Advance Care Planning Software, we have grown to also deliver comprehensive Palliative care at home and in the community.

2014

ReSolutionCare, a palliative care practice based in Northern California, was founded by Michael Fratkin, M.D.

2022

Vynca begins offering palliative care in Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho.

2013

Vynca was founded and started the development of its advance care planning software.

2021

Vynca acquires ReSolutionCare and offers care throughout California.

2023

Darren Schulte, M.D., becomes CEO in 2023, succeeding co-founder Ryan Van Wert, M.D.
